Join Our Team as a General Laborer!

Join our expanding Container Management Company as a General Laborer and play a vital role in our Operations team in Marion, North Carolina. We take pride in fostering an efficient work environment and are seeking a committed individual to help us uphold our customers' high standards. In this position, you will be responsible for inspecting containers, assembling kits, and ensuring a safe workplace.
Work Hours:
  • Schedule: 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM, Monday through Friday
  • Overtime: Possible Saturday overtime available
Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Remove labels and debris from containers.
  • Inspect containers to ensure cleanliness according to customer requirements.
  • Assemble kits per written work instructions to meet customer specifications.
  • Read and follow assembly work instructions.
  • Maintain a safe and healthy work environment by following standards and procedures, ensuring compliance with legal regulations.
Skills and Specifications:
  • Ability to effectively manage time and complete assigned work.
  • Team player with a collaborative spirit.
  • Compliance with all safety regulations and proficiency in using warehouse machinery.
Education and Qualifications:
  • High school diploma, GED certification, or an equivalent qualification from a certified college.
Physical Requirements:
  • Must be able to repeatedly lift 30 lbs.
  • Must be able to stand for four or more hours at a time.
  • Must be able to bend, reach, and manipulate bulky objects.
